Professional Background
Joe Fabian is the managing director of Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Hayward office. Joe began his real estate career in 1988. With twenty-four years of industrial real estate experience, Mr. Fabian brings a vast set of skills and experience to his clients, including multi-market tenant representation, agency representation, strategic planning, financing, investment analysis and owner-occupied property sales.

Extensive expertise in the leasing and sales of warehouse and industrial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area has allowed Mr. Fabian to successfully advise his clients on more than 600 lease and sale transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Fabian has excelled with a process-oriented strategy for each customer that includes needs analysis, planning, market analysis and implementation. Recent client projects have extended his reach beyond the San Francisco Bay Area to San Joaquin County, the Inland Empire, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah.

Joe is actively involved in the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Industrial Practice Group with agents throughout the United States and Canada.
