Professional Background
Randy Gabrielson joined Newmark Cornish & Carey in 1986, where he is the executive vice president of the Palo Alto office. Mr. Gabrielson specializes in both landlord and tenant representation along the Mid-Peninsula. He has completed over 1,000 transactions in excess of 12.2 million square feet, totaling more than $2.8 billion in consideration.

Mr. Gabrielson has been involved with some of the largest sale and lease transactions along the Peninsula, including the sale of Menlo Corporate Center (374,000 square feet), the sale of Mission Towers I & II (566,000 square feet), the lease of America Center (450,000 square feet) and the Rambus Inc. corporate headquarter lease at Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale (125,000 square feet).

In 2008, Mr. Gabrielson had the honor of being inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) Hall of Fame He was named ASVB Office Broker of the Year in 2009 and was a finalist for the same award in 2011. The Silicon Valley Business Journal named him the 2010 Commercial Broker of the Year.
