Paul Sheehan is both an agent and a senior managing director at Newmark Cornish & Carey's Pleasanton office. For the past 33 years, Mr. Sheehan has represented both property owners and users in the negotiation and marketing of commercial land and building sales in the Tri‑Valley, Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Mr. Sheehan has strategized many pre-leasing and re-tenanting marketing programs and has completed more than 600 leases.

Prior to joining Newmark Cornish & Carey, Mr. Sheehan was a vice president and managing officer at CBRE (formerly CB Commercial) in Walnut Creek, earning a number one sales ranking and consistently maintaining Top Five Producer status.
