Paul Sheehan is both an agent and a senior managing director at Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Pleasanton office. For the past 35 years, Mr. Sheehan has represented both property owners and users in the negotiation and marketing of commercial land and building sales in Contra Costa and Alameda counties, primarily within the Tri-Valley markets. Mr. Sheehan currently represents Nearon Enterprises in the repositioning of the former 24-acre Clorox campus in Pleasanton, and markets the Crosswinds 22-acre regional commercial land in Livermore. Prior to joining Newmark Cornish & Carey, Mr. Sheehan was a vice president and managing officer at CBRE in Walnut Creek.
