Project Management System

The Newmark Cornish & Carey Project Management System is a tool that enables collaborative interaction between stakeholders in any particular project. Team members can utilize the system to store documents, manage tasks, and track communications on their projects.

There are three basic components of the Project Management System:

Document Archive
The document archive is a tool that Team Members can use to store and share project documents. Folders are created per Relationship Manager's instructions. Only Relationship Managers can add new folders. Only Team Managers can delete documents from folders. Documents may be of any sort.

Project Timeline
This simple timeline of project tasks can be viewed by year or month. This feature automatically e-mails Team Members when a task is added/modified.

Communications Center
Our communications center is an e-mail system whereby Team Members can keep an archive of e-mails sent from within the program. E-mails sent from the Project Management system will appear in your regular e-mail in-box. Replies will not be archived unless sent from within the Project Management System Communication Center.
